Behind the coffee counter at Coffy Town Roasters, Ha Ha's is a low ceiling, a brick wall, and one hot microphone in the Tower District. The Roasters is Chi City Cafe's new competitor. The house rule is posted by the back-room door: you can go after anything except the people who came here to heal. Citizens bring their worst week and leave it on stage.
