Our mission

Holter Intellectual Property, Inc. is a creative 501(c)(3) entity engaged in publishing, worldbuilding, theatrical edutainment, and curriculum development. We build tools, stories, and immersive experiences that inspire curiosity, artistic growth, and real-world impact. As the home of Voices of Foster Care, we champion creative empowerment and narrative justice for youth and adults with lived foster-care experience. Healing cannot remain theoretical — it must have a zip code.

The four-pillar campus model

  1. 1. Chi City Cafe

    Commercial social enterprise

The economic engine: real-world workforce training through drive-thru and walk-up hospitality, building customer service, beverage, inventory, cash-handling, and entrepreneurship skills while participants earn wages.

  2. 2. Workforce & Wellness Learning Annex

    Education and wellness

Financial literacy, career readiness, leadership, business fundamentals, and somatic healing practices from the Healing Tribes framework.

  3. 3. Village Pavilion & Container Stage

    Cultural heart

Live music, open mic, youth showcases, festivals, and civic gatherings — with hands-on event production experience.

  4. 4. Homestead Garden

    Urban agriculture

Food security, environmental stewardship, and culinary education through raised beds, herb gardens, and Silk & Soil programming.

The $1/year ground lease

  • Public-purpose ground lease. $1/year or long-term disposition places land under the stewardship of an established 501(c)(3) public charity, activating public assets for social welfare without taxpayer strain.
  • Downstream cost reduction. Employment, housing-transition stipends, and mentorship aim to reduce public costs tied to youth homelessness, crisis care, and justice-system contact.
  • Turnkey activation. Modular containers allow installation within months of site control and permitting.
  • The ask. 1 to 2 acres of accessible vacant or underutilized land in Metro Atlanta.
